A note from L5
L5 exists because the shipping apps never picked up the phone.
We came from the operator side. We ran a real shipping operation, and we tried the apps and the platforms. They printed labels. They didn't answer when a shipment went wrong, they didn't file the claims, and they didn't stand behind the delivery.
Shipping at scale is not a software problem. It is a logistics problem and a relationship problem. Moving a package well takes a network you control and a person who is paying attention. An app is neither.
So we built L5 as a carrier. We move your parcels on our own network, by air for Priority Prime and over our work-share network for Ground, and we finish every one with the U.S. Postal Service. You get a named account lead who answers the phone, files the claims, and stays on your account.
The systems are real and they work hard. The work is done by people. That is the point.

L5 is American-owned and American-operated. When you call, you reach someone here. We move your freight on our own network rather than reselling someone else's agreement, and we stand behind the delivery experience end to end.

A USPS work-share partner, not a reseller.
Most discount carriers simply pass through someone else's commercial agreement. L5 is a direct USPS work-share partner. We inject mail and parcels deep into the USPS network at commercial-plus rates retail mailers cannot reach, and the savings are structural rather than promotional.

A carrier, not an app.
You will have a named account lead. They answer the phone. They handle the claims. They renegotiate when the carriers raise rates. We do not operate a help desk. We operate a small team of people who do this work for a living.
